I have been shopping at this home depot for about ten years, the only reason i come back is because most of the time i dont really need any help locating or finding anything, the one star is for the several times i actually tried to ask some of their employess for help, they have absolutely without a doubt the WORST customer service of ANYstore around here, to be fair: they have several old timers that are GREAT, are polite and actually know their stuff, BUT 90% of people who work there are not only completely useless ( whic... read more
Home Depot is terrible Don't think of asking for help here, if you can find someone. They don't know where things are and they have no clue on how to do home projects. They recommended cement for a tiling project, the wrong grout, etc. There appears to be one person for every 6 aisles - and these are bit aisles. Very few cashiers, ever. I am currently holding on the phone with them now for 15 minutes on a call to their pro shop. I am hanging up and will take my order to Lowes or Rafael lumber. Lousy – I think the motto here is customer comes last. I recently tried returning some items for credit and they wouldnt take them even with a store receipt because the items were purchased too long ago- and they couldnt even tell me the cutoff date! But they were kind enought to tell me where to dump my items for disposal.
lack of inventory the store is short on staff and push carts are hard to find. inventory is always lacking. the return policy is great. the aisles are tight, but they have a self check out, which is great.
I could spend hours here! Home depot is like an adult toy store. They have so many things to browse and drool over--new doors, tile, even appliances. I like their garden center. It's huge and they have such a great selection. They have a good selection of lumber too. I always get our paint here because the prices are so good. The prices are good for everything.
Great place to go if you know what you are looking for! This is a great place if you know exactly what you are looking for. If you need help in selecting an item or even if you know what you want and can't find it then it can be frustrating finding someone to help you or who even knows where things are!!! The prices are good which is why we keep coming back, but if price wasn't an issue then we'd probably go somewhere else.
