Went to this home depot to rent a pressure washer, the rental section was ran by two 16 year olds that literally knew absolutely nothing about ANYTHING involving the machines or products. They were also just in general not very good in customer service. Also, the tags said that they would be 33$ for 4 hours and 40 for the day then she said they were 100 for 4 hours and they didnt come with detergent or anything or even the nozzles you need, the units were absolutely ancient in horrible condition, and you would have to have a... read more
I had a great experience at The Home Depot thanks to Johnny in the plumbing department. He walked right up to greet me with a smile and was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great conversation while he assisted me, and he provided several helpful options for my kitchen faucet instead of just pointing me to one item. Johnny went above and beyond by not only helping me in plumbing but also personally directing and walking me over to another associate to assist with doors.
