I was looking for waterproof storage containers and when I asked where they might be a wonderful employee coming back from lunch holding all of his personal belongings, literally stopped and looked them up and brought me directly to them. Seeing that I still needed another one, he once again looked up to see if there were anymore in stock and then located it. He then proceeded to get a utility cart , load them up and found someone to unload them at my vehicle. Definitely a caring Home Depot. Thank you !
In-store personnel are great and they usually have someone knowledgeable to help. However they severely disappoint on orders that are shipped. I ordered 2" faux wood blinds for my home (they don't stock anything over 72 inches long). It said I would have them in 2 days. I doubted that but 3 or 4 days would have worked so I ordered them. Now on the day they are supposed to arrive I get a notice they shipped (or at least a few of them). After some digging and chatting with a customer service rep I'm told they may get here soon... read more
