Our favorite store for our home
Very customer oriented, I had trouble finding what I needed, but employees guided me in the right direction
I only shop here for its geographical convenience. The store is suffering from the ongoing enshittification of everything. The employees are not knowledgeable i.e. if you ask where something is they do the same thing you do which is search the item on the Home Depot site, which has inaccurate and mislabeled store maps. They don't even get a better version of the site - just the same old slow terrible ad ridden garbage the rest of us use. Having been a Home Depot customer for years I have been appalled at the way I am treated at this store. ( I recently moved from out of state to Aurora. ) The staff is routinely rude and totally unhelpful. They seem more interested in talking to each other than customer care or service. Trip # 1: We (my husband & I) purchased a home and went to this store to get information about some upgrades we wanted to make.
