We waited for almost two hrs to have wood cut. I had to ask the cashiers in the front to call someone back to the lumber section to cut for us. After going up to the customer service people four times. Waiting for almost 2 hours I asked for the manager. The manager came and talked to me....this was the guy who was 7 ft from us looking at something on the shelves. 😲 watching us wait for someone to cut our wood. He literally watched us for an hour. I was denied my veteran discount by the cashier at this store even though I had my veteran's ID with me. She told me sorry you're not gonna get your military discount and your total is XXX.XX.
Pretty good home depot for fast checkout. If you need real diy help then it is hit or miss. I usually inspect the lumber since some can be in bad shape but i heard all places like this nowadays. Prices are decent compared to amazon for many items. Sometimes amazon is higher.
