I am a fan of Home Depot as a company; however, this particular store has disastrous customer service and unethical management. My new Traeger Grill was delivered unassembled despite the indication on the website to preassemble. At first, the manager, Josh, indicated that I could bring the product back to the store and he would have it assembled and delivered back out to me on Wednesday.
