Do not shop at this location! Based on what I just read on FB regarding how they treated and disrespected a veteran by not giving him a veterans discount, they need to reap what they have sown!!! Store #4714 Spokane Valley, WA....DO NOT SHOP here!
This has by far been the biggest Home Depot I've ever been too. I was just amazed by it. I've been in search for many different things for my business lately and I've been going to different hardware stores. This Home Depot is a bit away from where I'm located, but I was in the neighborhood and luckily they had exactly what I wanted / needed!
They are always great. i have had to take stuff back a few times and return it where we bought the wrong thing and they have never given me any hassles about it. check out & returns are always quick and easy
I believe it's incredibly funny that Home Depot does not have fans or any swamp coolers because they consider it a "seasonal item"... It's California!!! It's SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA at that! How can you not carry fans when it's 100 degrees outside today, September 25th!! It's just upsetting and quite funny.
All the great credit will go toMike who helped us with our crazy day and all our crazy answers. We asked 1 girl fro indrustrial fans and she didn't know what we were talking about. So she asked a coworker and he didn't know what we were talking about. Spent 5 minutes trying to figure it out. Finally we said thank you for your time and went about our business. My husband and I visit this location regularly. He is an electrician so he buys tools and such often. The customer service is good. The employees are always very nice and helpful.

Mike haycock is the worst store manager I've ever met. After spending over $6,000 here in pressure washers for my company, he refused to return a defected one that we had only Owned for two weeks. He was not only incredibly rude to me but also to his employee. Oh yea, did I say when his associate called him for help he told her to just figure it out and do it herself? not a fan of this store. they are often not well stocked and the employees are not helpful. they are often hanging around talking to eachother. i called once needing advice on how to clean untreated wood because my potty training toddler smeared poop on something and they passed me around to every employee and all they did was laugh and no one could give me any suggestions
