Harrassment from customer service My wife and son stopped by to make a spare car key. The first key did not work so they made a second key. The second key did not work so my son went in for a third key. Before he came out, a policeman stopped my wife in the car and asked her why they were harrassing the store. Good customer service Although I usually get confused when I go to this store (mostly because I am not very knowledgeable about home repairs), I can usually find a salesperson to ask for help. I can only remember one time out of the dozens of times I have been there where I was unable to find a competent salesperson to help me. Overall, I think they do a good job of helping you find what you need.

easy return of defective product On our most recent visit, I returned a Homegard Backup Battery because it was defective. The lady at the returns desk did not know the answer, but directed me to the correct aisle, where they inspected the product and promptly gave me a new one, no other questions asked, and took care of notifying the returns desk before I got there. No problem. I will say that normally in these kinds of places it is difficult to get the attention of an employee when you want one. This was not the case.

Best store period! The Home Depot off Morse and Hamilton rd. Is always friendly and usually has what I want at great prices. The plumbing and paint departments are well staffed with people that know what they r talking about. I also go to Giant Eagle and purchase home depot gift cards. I save huge on gas and food rewards by doing so. I also could save tons at their Volume Pricing room with purchases of 2500 or more.
