Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I spent nearly $5000 at this store last in 2024, and over the past 3 years have spent over $10k. I had a return that was past 90 days and wanted a store credit. The store manager would not even come talk to me and left it to the folks at the returns desk to recite the worthless return policy to me as though I'm incompetent. If I could rate them a 0, I would. Home Depot has refused to rectify my situation and I've come to terms with that. However, I want warn anyone else that is looking to do ANY special ordering through them, especially windows. Just don't. My partner and I were doing a full house remodel (our dream home!) and our subcontractor ordered 26 custom windows and 2 sliding doors in late April 2024.
