Home DepotTool Rental is Horrible. Rented a piece of equipment(lift) from them. Before I left the parking lot I asked them to show me how it works, really just to demonstrate it worked. They declined, but it looked in good condition so I rented it anyways. Told me if I had issues to call a certain number. Towed the equipment out to the site and within the first 10 minutes I see a function of the equipment does not work. I start troubleshooting immediately but nothing in their operator's manual works so I call the number. The... read more
