Reserved a truck for $150. Their system was down so I couldn’t get it. Also because their system was down I couldn’t get a refund. Nor could they process a manual walk-in truck rental for what would have been an additional $150. It’s 2026. I was told the deposit would be refunded since the reservation wasnt honored. If it goes through I’ll charge it back, don’t expect me to rely on Home Depot’s systems

I was so surprised by the pick-up service at this Home Depot. 1st of all, the package arrived a day early and instead of getting a text or email, I received a personal call from Cheereze in pick-up! When I got there she had the package ready at the desk for me. This is great customer service. Will always do my pick-up's at The Home Depot Riverview!
