Do not honor online sales in store. Lure you in then raise the price $70. Actually stood at the register and had to buy freezer on my phone to walk out with it. Dishonest and an absolute waste of time. No wonder the lines move so slow
Tell me how you going to write on a box of tile sheets "2 sheets are broken" on an online order pick up? Are you guys OKAY? Do your employees even know what time of day it is?

Absolutely Ridiculous checkout line could’ve understood this when we first had the COVID-19 stuff start but now that everything’s open back up and things are back to normal they still have it down to one line this is absolutely ridiculous
they suck at all info they give u
Jeremy in the paint department is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel like we were the only customer! Great guy!
