I went in to find some help on a matter when I found this guy Jessie. The young guy went out of his way to help me and gave me suggestions that later lead me to the best solution to my problem. Wanted to reach out and give that man his flowers especially on his birthday (8/12 he was wearing a pin). Great hire HD!
I live about 10 miles from this Home Depot and a Lowe's. It used to not matter; the errand was always the same dull or frustrating experience. But in the last while I've noticed that here, all of the staff goes out of their way to acknowledge you and ask if you need help. And they know their store. They will make the experience a success. They have differentiated themselves from their competition and earned my business.
