One star is too many. I came in Sunday to place an order for tools that were needed for a job almost 1500$ waited in the store for over an hour trying to order them. Only was able to order half of what I needed. Came back later that day to finish the order and waited another hour only to be told they couldn’t complete the order for some reason. This is a great location. The people working are very pleasant and they all say hi and ask how you are as you walk through. Everything was very clean and organized. I went for house plants and it was nice to see how healthy their plants are compared to other stores that sell them. They have a good selection of tool boxes as well. Everyone looked very busy but still made the time to be kind and let us know they were there if we needed help. Cant wait for spring to see their outdoor garden section selection!
