Bought an LG Instaview refrigerator in Nampa and upon delivery the ice maker didn’t work. After 2 recommended days for it to make ice and returning on the third day, they refused to change it out and made the manufacturer take care of it. Well after a few visits it ended up being the motherboard. Now I have no ice and it says to remove ice bin. The bin does not come out. Today, I overheard a conversation near the loading area between two employees in which one employee was spoken to disrespectfully by the other. I noticed how upset the other employee was, and it truly bothered me. Hearing this negatively impacted my shopping experience, and I felt very uncomfortable. Watching someone be bullied is disturbing to say the least and I hope this is dealt with in an appropriate manner. I did attempt to identity the employee and his name tag said Josh.
I have always received help at this location. A couple months ago the carpet section and wood section employees were very helpful. This past week Kylie helped me at check out. I had been having a difficult week, and she was just very helpful and friendly. I was grateful for her empathy and turning my attitude around that day.
