We had an excellent experience with Michelle Johnson at the North Belair location in Evans, GA. We purchased a garage door on 9/13/2025 and was informed we would receive a call within 2 business days. We were concerned because we did not receive a call from Clopay. Michelle remembered me from the prior week inquiring about the garage door. She was surprised that I did not receive a call from that period of time. The worst store, no management, can't make simple paint, and is the most woke place to be in. I'll never go to another home Depot again.
I would like to say that we've been to the St Augustine store many many times for many years. This time was different we went into the flooring department and was looking for something specific the first person that came up to help which it took a little bit was Tiffany and she listened to what or ideas were and started to pull out certain things which we didn't think at first we would like but we absolutely fell in love with. The worst location in Middle TN. I travel for work and have always heavily relied on HD for supplies. This location drags its feet for EVERYTHING. I was told an order placed online an hour prior needed an additional 2 hours for fulfillment?? Lost production for my company as job had to be rescheduled. Save yourself time and aggravation. Do not shop at the Towson Home Depot. I am a fan of Home Depot as a company; however, this particular store has disastrous customer service and unethical management. My new Traeger Grill was delivered unassembled despite the indication on the website to preassemble. At first, the manager, Josh, indicated that I could bring the product back to the store and he would have it assembled and delivered back out to me on Wednesday. Disappointing Experience with Zero-Turn Mower Purchase I was really looking forward to using my new zero-turn mower, but the experience has been frustrating from the start. First, the store tried to deliver a lawn tractor instead of the zero-turn mower I ordered. My wife and I were traveling to Houston, just outside Abilene we ran over a piece of angle iron that went through the floor of our trailer and through the side. So we stopped in Abaline Home Depot to get supplies to repair the trailer, we didn’t have any tools to fix it so just looking for tape glue and small piece of wood for quick patch.
