Do not order anything from Home Depot. I ordered a 4 ton minisplit for 5500 bucks they keep changing the dates of delivery, lie to me when I call them. Do not call back like they say they will, and will still not tel me a possible delivery date or where the unit is. Buyer beware.
Just got pressured into applying for a Hime Depot Credit caes and when I declined the cashier, Manuela, accused me half a dozen times of being rich not to “want to save money today”. Really? My shifts were cut back w the pandemic, my income decreased and your cashier pressures me by accusing me of being rich???!!!???!!! So inappropriate!!
horrible customer service! Worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Employees walked right past you without asking if you need help with anything, asked for help and they called for someone to come help.. no help came after 20-25mins of waiting. Ridiculous! went to Lowe’s and got service in TWO mins. If that..purchased what I would’ve purchase at Home Depot for more but they’re customer service is definitely worth the money!
The “manager” at this store sucks and needs to be fired. My husband was picking up some lumber and the guy, who had never ran a fork lift before, dropped the lumber. Instead of helping him, the manager went inside where the AC was. The two guys and my husband loaded the wood on the trailer. A whole group of men stood there and watched. Shout out to the 2 that helped and actually cared about the customer.

Open more check out lines with actual cashiers. It is Black Friday and there were two check outs open and there were at least 6 customers in each line with large purchases (baskets full) and the self-check outs were cards only. I think there was one that allowed cash purchases, but the same customer had been there a while and was requiring assistance. I left my one item on a counter (sorry) and left. I won't be back. went to home Depot to get some stuff every employee I tried to ask for help told me they are to busy or they are off and going home store is messier than my kids room not coming back

The Abilene Tx branch is the worst Home Depot to shop at. You’d be better off taking your business to Lowe’s, where they at least have great customer service skills. My husband and I spent well over $4,000 in appliances and fixtures. Not to mention the thousands in home repair supplies we needed, only to be treated like I was the one at fault when my order was messed up not once, not twice, but three times.
