I used to work at Lowe’s and have been a die hard Lowe’s shopper. I was less than impressed with Lowe’s customer support in Prattville and switched to Home Depot. They have the friendliest and most helpful employees. Most recently, Michael in Lumber helped me find every item on my project to do list. He grabbed additional carts when we ran out of space and walked with me to different departments to find the items I needed. Great on site inventory, cleanliness, and staff. Rating is due to special order experience. Appliances miss delivery dates by 3-5 days, online orders missing 1 out of the 3 boxes to make up an item, and orders not ready in store when notification says they are ready for pick up.
Didn't have what I needed for my ice maker but the 2 guys helped me the whole time I was there and did all they could to find something to make it work. Didn't get anything but the help was great!! Thanks guys
