Went in this morning to get 1 sheet of MDF. No available wood carts. not that busy, saw 3 customers in line with the only available carts. Went outside with 3 other customers to find a cart... nothing and no one to ask.. 3rd time in 2 months. Walked in to the back of wood department to find 6 carts full of scraps. BUYER BEWARE ..... OF HOME DEPOT'S WARRANTY!!!I BOUGHT LIFEPROOF CARPET IN THE BEDROOMS AND OUR OFFICE AND AFTER 2 YEARS THE TEXTURE WAS FLAT. MOWHAWK APPROVED THE CLAIM FOR DEFECTIVE CARPET. WARRANTY STATED REPLACED WITH THE SAME OR COMPARABLE CARPET. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAME CARPET AND COMPARABLE FOR THE SAME SPECS AND CATEGORY HAS GONE UP WITH INFLATION & SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES. They will not give you your full purchase amount back if you pay partial gift card. Then tell you repeatedly there is “nothing” they can do. As if you will bend and take a merchandise card when your return is not even 1/4 of your order or exceed what I personally paid outside of the gift card. The item had to pick up at another store because it was not on hand or available to order. Even worse is the item looked nothing like the picture that was posted. I will not come back h… See more

worst store ever. Delivered the wrong product (which I paid extra for) chatted in to get it replaced and picked up. stated I would need to pay a fee for a return. stated since everything is scanned that would eliminate the wrong item being sent LOL well this person who scanned it obviously doesn't know their job and they won't budge to help at all. I cannot currently go in person due to personal reasons but I will never come here again. absolutely awful.

We are having our countertops replaced and went through Home Depot. Everything was going along smoothly until we picked out a sink. We had to special order it since Home Depot has a limited supply in their store. So we went on line and ordered it. First sink lost in transit. We were having it shipped to the store. Horrible customer service right up to store manager level. I have never been more frustrated. This Home depot left me with my kitchen torn apart after not installing the floor I paid for 2 months ago. I am moving my furniture back by myself now. The apology they offered after their admitted mistake is far from acceptable.
