I had to order an AC for my disabled son and Connie and Vinnie were amazing. They both worked so hard to get me the right unit for my son and getting it to his apartment the next day. I am very grateful to these people and Home Depot for what they have done. THANK YOU.
Monica was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. She would not answer any of our actual questions and continuously kept trying to lie and gaslight us about our order even though it was their complete mistake placing it incorrectly. She was not apologetic in the slightest and rather than trying to help us with a resolution, kept trying to fight with us. This review specifically addresses a frustrating delivery experience with Home Depot, not the in-store service. My family recently ordered a new stove and microwave from the Somerville Home Depot (near Assembly Row), scheduling delivery, installation, and haul-away services. We reside in a condominium with a strict delivery policy: Monday through Friday deliveries must occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
