My son who is in college and was working at Home Depot for 2 years, got multiple awards for above and beyond and promoted, got another award this morning (they said hardest working in the store) was fired later today for dispute with co-worker. Turns out it was on-line dispute on "his phone and off the clock" that got him fired and he did not start the dispute. It's none of Home Depot's business regarding private conversations on private phones off hours.
