Great place to find all you need for DIY projects
On July 5, 2025, I rented a van from the Frisco, TX store (5995 Eldorado Pkwy). Both rear tires were completely bald — something I only discovered after an accident when a police officer told me the van was not roadworthy and would’ve earned me a citation if it were mine. Sedgwick’s claims rep later confirmed from photos that the tires were unsafe and should never have been rented. What followed was worse than the unsafe van itself.
