The rental staff and store manager were unhelpful and rude. They provided me with a defective carpet cleaner, which I returned within an hour and a half after going home, testing it, and coming back. Despite this, they argued with me and deducted money from my refund. Overall, I wasted both time and money at this Home Depot, where the staff is inefficient and discourteous.
just left Home Depot on Eldorado, I met a gentleman named LaRoy, super cool guy and extremely helpful. In all honesty, I had been helped twice before and no results but LaRoy came thru, good job sir
My favourite place to buy home improvement.
They sold me a used, broken pair of string lights as new. Ridiculous. How do I get refunded for my time and gas - absolute disgrace.
