I want to give a special thank you to the young man with red hair who sold me my refrigerator a week in a half ago. It was not his department but he was very kind and professional. Then, to Mr. John and older gentleman, who sold me the lock grinder. He was caring. Not to mention, spot on. It definitely got the job done. What excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Staff here couldn't tell the difference from their hands from their feet. They will also place a special order for you twice then say you should have just ordered in online, online orders have more priority than orders placed in the store... go to the colony location for better staff and service I won't deal with these knuckle heads again and I live 2 miles away
