Not high on my list anymore use to be till management does not handle customer's issues too well.Had come across some fraudulent gift cards as a Xmas gift. Manager took them and supposedly filed a claim in my behalf 2 and half months later I'm still waiting. I followed up twice once each month but to no avail the manager does not even come out and see me just casually says wait for an email with a store credit.$100 is big for me not sure about the rest of you but I'm taking a stance against this bully they just lost my busin... read more

Very good service at this store. They helped me get the box. And even used a special car Very friendly and quick staff
Huge thank you to KC and the Pro Desk team in Kent for handling a complicated Rheem warranty return. We went to another location first and did not get the support we needed. When we came to Kent, KC and the entire Pro Desk went above and beyond. They were all hands on deck and stayed with it until we got everything processed and were able to restore our customer’s hot water. They made our customer’s day and ours.
