The bulk cleaning stuf is my fav
The guy working in lumber today at the saw 07/12 around 12pm so rude to my husband an I , we needed a board cut and the way he would respond to my husband the whole interaction literally ruined my day. I wanted to complain to a manager but my husband told me to let it go, but then another customer asked him for help and he was just as rude.
This is the place for your home improvement needs. So many more options and savings than the other guy. Did I mention that their stores are more accessible in your neighborhood than the blue guys.
Not sure what staff do here. It's self-checkout. No assistance in tools. If you ask for help they'll point to someone else or send you to the wrong aisle. Rolling ladders blocking merchandise, you have to move them yourself. I usually retrieve my own topstock because no one is available to help or they seem upset I asked them to get the product down.
