Manufacturer said HD has the O ring for their rug cleaner. 1st orange bib said aisle 14, nope. 2nd orange bib said 16,, nope. 3rd orange bib said HD doesn't carry Bissel parts. (silent scream on my part). She showed me where O rings were then said they didn't carry the size I needed and started to leave. Hanging right there was a pkt of 10. Noobies all Frustrating
I went in tonight to get a sander and face mask for work. Some 20 something girl employee is in the section I need to look at but she’s facing the opposite way of the sanding tools so I kinda wait a little Browsing around hoping she would leave but of course she doesn’t what’s she even doing there?
