I called ahead and spoke with a very helpful gentleman named Steven who confirmed an item would be available for me to pick up. He assured me I would have no issues purchasing this item. so l drove 30 minutes with my family. Upon arrival, we were met by an extremely rude employee named Adriana at the customer service desk.
