I signed up for a cc to save a few bucks and once approved the discount went away. You can’t get through via phone, chat or web. Some kind of glitch or ? You be the Judge. I plan to cancel the credit card and haven’t charged the first thing on it. Lowes is a better store better web and way better customer service in my opinion.

Unacceptable customer service...they expect you to use the self checkout befor a real person..no motivation for customer satisfaction..employees just appear as though they are just dealing with it till closing so they can go home...
