I had a emergency...needed a 28 ft ladder..asap they hooked me up....a Werner no less....i was in and out.....satisfied. ahhhhh!
One of the sloppiest and most poorly run Home Depots in the San Antonio area. I remember when they first opened. Things have gone down hill. Time to clean house.
This particular store generally stays clean. Selection and prices on building materials are fair. Customer service is hit and miss. Generally, the “greeter” says hello and occasionally someone else but too many associates will walk by you without even acknowledging the customers. This is pretty bad considering it’s Home Depot’s policy for it’s employees to great every customer they encounter. I will go back.
