I bought over 400.00 in lumber, asked for help loading 3 times, number of employees that walk by me, 13. a 100% disabled combat veteran. 13 walked by and seen me struggling to load 3/4 inch plywood a 8ft 4x4, as much as I hate Lowe's, I guess I be going there.
False advertising on $49 storm door install special this week. Advert clearly indicates the price and the three step process include in home professional measuring. What isn't said anywhere on the page is the $35 cost (not refundable on storm doors) for the measurement. I talked to the assistant manager Travis and we basically got in a shouting match on the phone and I cancelled the whole deal. Will shop at Lowe's for their great customer service.
I got a runaround at the so-called pro desk yesterday. I called ahead and was told "come on over" with my plans and bill of materials and the pro desk would help me. I attempted to ask my questions but was shut down at every turn. I was even accused of rudeness, and that service would be denied because of that, even after I related that I called ahead and was promised technical assistance. Frankly, the one star rating I am giving them is overly generous and only reflects the fact that I am not allowed to rate them any lower.
I received piss poor customer service in the garden center, on two separate occasions, in a weeks time. The first time I purchased 12 bags of mulch. It took 35 minutes for someone to load it. The next time, I purchased 8 bags of mulch. I had to load it in the cart myself. When I got to the checkout, one of the workers asked a male customer, if he needed help loading a few plants, but passed me by twice without offering to help me. And I am a 45 year old woman. As a pro contractor who was the highest spend in store last year it is quite disapointing to be lied to cheated and stolen from by the same store less than a year later....

The bathroom doesn't work most of the time. Customers and employes alike have to use this. More care and conerns dids to be addressed. KEEP THEM CLEAN AND IN WORKING ORDER. Thank You
