On 8/13/21 I met Ivan Gerasimov working in the Paint Dept. in Pleasanton. He is by far the most outstanding Customer Service Oriented employee EVER!!! He was multi tasking at the time, yet still checked in with me periodically. He is very knowledgeable about paint, asking all the right questions to provide a great end result for my project. We only wanted to purchase a freezer. Pay cash and go. Stood inline to be shown a freezer. Except none available. Finally were waited on. Purchased a freezer without seeing it. The website said “In Stock” on several. That’s why we went. So Bait and Switch! Went ahead and ordered one. $1000. Then told they only take checks at the front check out. The workers aren't nothing like Lowe's worker, helpful. The elderly man seen me looking doubtful and he walked up to me, "ma'am, can I help you and he told me exactly where it was!" These youngsters ain't about jack these days, they don't care, get ppl who have bills to pay...

went in asked two associates if i could get help with mini blinds as i need a specific size. One associate on the phone ignored me. Than i approach another one yes she was with a customer but had two other associates standing around. claimed she would be over to help when finished didnt even bother to ask anyone eles to come over. So many associates but not one willing to help
