HORRIBLE SERVICE My wife and I came to the Indio Home Depot and could not be more upset and digusted with the staff as well as managment. We came here with a quote from another vendor for flooring and asked if they could match it or beat it. The floor manger in this section said, "Of course!" and wrote on the back of her business card the price match guarantee. J I had the worst experience don't get me wrong I love the home depot but the Indio store should be closed. I was I the blinds dept. which by the way never ever has an employee in or around it. When I pressed the button that alerts someone, noone showed up for 15 minutes. Finally a guy came over to me with an attitude like I was bothering him. I told him that I needed some blinds cut, he walked away like I wasn't even there. We got over to the section where they keep the blinds I starterd telling him what I needed when anoth... read more

This Home Depot Store The first time I entered this store I was greeted with smile and treated very respectfully. We bought floor tiles and the staff were very helpful and patient as we made our decision. Once we chosen the tile, the staff helped us with mortar choice grout and tools and even saved us money with their advice. I will not hesitate on going back to this store and most certainly would recommend this store to my friends.
