Almost had a washer delivered this three days ago. A very rude and obnoxious liked to yell a lot, delivery man. I told him I did not appreciate his bad attitude. He apparently did not like my comment and got in his truck and drove away with my washer still in his truck. I called the store to complain and to cancel my order of an LG Washer & Dryer. RecommendedGood store with good products but their website is the WORST ever. More broken links, cant find anything.
I arrived this evening at 5:15 to shop the garden center. The store is advertised to close at 7pm. The Home Depot associates told me I could not shop the garden center. I won't be back.
They are not practicing safe measures and are putting us all at risk of COVID 19.
The woodbury location is way closer to me but I rather make the trip to Maplewood Home Depot because I feel welcome and the floor associates are ALWAYS asking if they can help with anything! Thank you to everyone that works here!
