The rental department is who I dealt with. Home depot trucks are free mileage and it’s one of the reasons I use them a lot! This Home Depot had no available rentals (possible reservations held all the trucks) they had Penske trucks though. Boasting the same daily 29.99 daily fee. After swiping my card I look at the receipt it says 298.00 upon looking at the fees I spot a 89.99 mileage fee. Geez deceptive practice anyone. I always find what I need at The Home Depot. Staff are helpful and the app helps me locate items in the store. They also have great home delivery options that I have used as well to deliver bags of water softener salt.
Stopped in to pick up a toilet seat. The website stated they were in stock and that was accurate. Store was clean and checkout was quick and friendly.
