I wanted to take the time to recognize the outstanding service provided by Crystal. I came in to purchase a grill that the store's system indicated was in stock, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Crystal handled my frustration with incredible professionalism and empathy, even though the issue was completely out of her control. She quickly found an alternative grill, but that one also presented a problem with a missing burner knob.
