I bought a refrigerator and planed to make monthly payments. It was supposed to be on my Home depot credit card. Well it never got on my card for some reason and the only way I could make a payment was to go to the store every time there was a payment due. Terrible experience with Home Depot's carpet service. I ordered a carpet on December 30, 2024, with installation scheduled for January 23, 2025. It was delayed by ACS, then rescheduled for February 3, 2025—only to be delayed again because the carpet **still** hasn’t been shipped. I've contacted ACS, Home Depot Customer Care, and spoke to the Pittsfield store. Everyone says they’re "working on it," but nothing has been resolved. I've lost two days of pay waiting for appointments that never happened, and my house is a mess ... read more
I needed some help and people came to my home and gave me outrageous prices to do what I needed. I got to this store and went to buy what I needed because Mike helped. This helped us save so much money because it's on the shelf but I wouldn't have known what to buy if it weren't for Mike, so I'm giving this store a 100% rating 10 stars if I could Mike needs to be a manager!

Home depot in peachtreecity tool rental dept are dishonest and lazy i rented a floor scraper from them they plugged it in to make sure it ran but they didn't check the adjuster that puts pressure on the blade to make it work so i took it back and showed them where it was broken at the guy who rented to me lied and said it wasn't like that when it left he lied he never checked it so then I went to customer service and told them I wanted to see the manager about it a guy named Mike called the manager to the front desk I wait... read more
The Kingman Home Depot store (#HO416) asked me to stop placing “online” orders and to call them with SKU numbers so that the individual store would get credit for the orders. I ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of building materials. They promised delivery on specific dates. They did NOT deliver as promised or even warn me that the materials would not be delivered. I paid contractors to drive from Phoenix (not knowing materials would NOT be delivered). I am so disappointed in Home Depot and their Maple Grove store. I wanted to make sure I ordered a new refrigerator from a place that would for sure take my old refrigerator away being that our family had just been blessed with set of twins. We don’t want to deal with the hassle of hauling and dumping our broken refrigerator.
