No Star NONE!! I was forced to check even one star! Purchased washing machine and warranty from Home Depot, Defense drive, Annapolis md, paid cash. Two weeks later still waiting for delivery. The store put the wrong delivery address in the system and although I have spoken to a number of people including the store manager, person who sold me washer and managers as well as employees of delivery service the address has never been updated in the delivery's books so once again i am told they will try again.
