Went to this store to purchase a front & ALMOND colored storm door in mid July. Found a beautiful Front Door on clearance & an ALMOND colored etched glass storm door w/BLACK hardware. Pd a $35 deposit & was told that this would hold our doors & that someone would come out to do measurements. A week or later young man came to our home & took measurements. He said that everything was good & that our lock would be fine. We went back to HD & paid for the doors & installation & then we waited. Finally when we did not hear anythin... read more
worst customer service ever. i ordered flooring it took them more then 2 months for installation . there staff in flooring department is the worst they never told us that we have to put laminate floor in room temperature and because of that my installation was delayed for more than 2 months i would prefer to not waste money over there i spent more then $2500 and i regret it
