Bought an Everbilt sewage pump. Called to return the pump because the plumber said the gaskets were missing. I had already been without water for 2 days, so I was pretty aggravated. I called and spoke to a woman who helped me get the info for return. When I arrived I was almost immediately helped by Shannon. This was perfect since the plumber was waiting at my house.
