Great place for ANY / ALL diy home repairs. Great product selections and prices that aren't outrageous.
Horrible experience in Home Appliance Department. Went to HD on Hartman this past Saturday to purchase a dishwasher. Long story short, we picked out a fairly expensive dishwasher, the sales rep handed us the paper work telling us it would be delivered and installed today. My wife called today due to not hearing from them and they told her it was never ordered. Well, I will never go back to Lowe’s again especially the one in Lebanon, Tennessee, where I tried to do a cell phone sale today from my business which I do every day at Lowe’s and other Home Depot’s and the lady said because I wasn’t in her system, she could not help me I will be sure my wife rips up Her Home Depot card and we never come back. I have a Lowe’s card and I’m very satisfied with them. Plus you get 5% off with the Lowe’s card. Terrible service.
