Terrible customer service, they discriminate if you have an accent! The employees and managers refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, I had placed an order for windows and they completely messed up the order! The day I was placing the order, I asked the employee to explain what was ordered and he refused to explain me anything. He only said everything was good and I had nothing to worry about.
