If you do curbside pickup plan to be there an hour plus. It’s ridiculous that it takes so long and you have to go in an complain to get your order.
This Home depot took advantage of an elderly customer of mine. She purchased over 10 thousand dollars of Thomasville cabinets and they came delivered broken and missing parts. When confronting store manager Josh, he said there is nothing they can do for her. She wanted to send them back because the quality is junk and happens to be Home depots top of the line. Window treatment from hell I remodeled my master bedroom in my newly purchased home approximately 18 months ago (it was newly purchased at that point!). For a final touch I purchased Bali Cordless Cellular shades for the windows in the room. Well they worked great for a while (18 months) and then something broke inside one of the units. 1/3 of your staff were wearing their masks on their chins. Customers are allowed to walk around with out masks. DO BETTER.
My husband and I went to HOme Depot today in Camillus. We had our facemasks on, NO ONE ELSE DID>..and no one was observing acceptable social distance...no masks on your employees , no one wearing gloves, a store of both customers and employee slobs

Poor knowledge of items in electrical area. Was told to look online, he was busy. I’ll buy online also, they know about as much as the electrical area. They’re a great big hardware store. Want experience or expertise hire a contractor. Dumb as a box of paver stones!
It's rare that I write these reviews, but it's even rarer to have one that I really want to share! I stopped after work today, dead set on walking out with a new grill, but very little clue WHAT I wanted. Then out walked Patty.
