I visited this location earlier today. It was frigid outside and I usually avoid buying houseplants since it’s hard to protect them. I found two plants I really wanted and before buying them, I asked if there was an empty cardboard box that I could take them out in. Rachel, who was at the customer service desk, hunted around behind the counter then said she would be right back.
