The assistant manager, Brian, was VERY helpful! We had a problem with our door locks and he helped us find the perfect piece to fix it! Thank you Brian for your assistance and excellent customer service!
I placed an online order. This Store charged my card and set the order ready for pick up. Only to have my contractor drive all the way there and tell him they only have half the order! Why would you fulfill an order and then charge my card for the FULL amount knowing you do not have the product? We’re talking thousands of dollars. This set our entire renovation back WEEKS! BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!
Somebody send some new leadership to this trap house! This place is all out of order, disorganized, & product quality is 0. Online orders will get your money stole. The Inventory is not up to date in store or online. Every employee is confused or high on something. Do better
