It always bad Services missing products attitude employees and managers not organized at all The Home Depot in Dearborn is the worst store people ever dealt with I will never go back there and fro now and on Menards is my store
We were on hold over 10 minutes on my first call and then over 15 minutes on my second call. I do not recommend this particular Home Depot at all. The employees pick up the phone, and they do not greet you they place you directly back on hold. VERY UNFORTUNATE FOR THEM AS WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE NOR WILL WE SHOP THERE. Do something with your Unprofessional Employees. These are the weeds of your business, not going to reach your companies goals with such delinquent people!
I purchased a gas stove $1200.00 + dollars and twice it is supposed to have been delivered and was not on the truck. Mind you delivery truck is at my home, when I find this out. Finally customer service tells me they can't find my stove. I am an event planner with 3 upcoming events this weekend coming up and no stove. This has caused me to loose multiple events.. Very dissatisfied! Never shopping here ever!
Answering the phone would be good. I called three times and was cut off after waiting more than 20 minutes. Very disappointing. I'm on the phone with Corporate right now.
RecommendedI reccomend home depot but would highly not reccomend this store. very dirty unorganized couldn't find anyone to help me in the garden area just pathetic love my Allen Park home depot unfortunately they were out of a certain patio block I need
They have our money (verified by the bank) for the lawn mower they've not only not delivered on, but won't even communicate with us regarding.
This is why cleaning products are so hard to find. The employees get all of it for their friends while we wait in lines wrapped around the block. Livonia location. What a shame!!!
