Amazing customer service on Sunday May 3, 2026 by David from the hardware area. Asked David that I needed a bolt and showed it to him but didn't know the size. Sarcastically he said I don't know the size either and pointed to the wall and told me I can figure it myself with the bolt and screw size guides. Another customer told me he refused to help him also. They got better customer service than Lowe's and I went there looking for something called vacuum pump oil I seen they had it online so when I got there I found a clerk he sent me that I think I'll ate but it was all automotive oil so then I went and I browse the store looking at the plants and everything and I went to use the restroom and you know it's like a man's restroom it's kind of filthy kind of dirty and an employee that came in after me use the restroom and departed without washing his hands so that did catch my att... read more
Today had the pleasure of being helped out by associate Eva at the store on Montwood. She did a wonderful job explaining to us the warranty for the washer, dryer and dishwasher we purchased.
