I came to Home Depot after experiencing a horrible experience at Lowe’s. I came in with my baby and it was hard to get stuff, the team was super friendly and helpful. Javier the supervisor was patient and made sure he made my experience easy.
Came in to pick up rock and drop off some logs I was pleasantly surprised to find out this location is STAFFED. I got greeted like 20 times in 3 minutes this gotta be the friendliest HD in the country. Crazy……
I went to buy ac filters and got a box with 12 of them , scanned 12. And let’s just say his name was Carlos at self checkout stating “ you only scanned 8 and there is 12 in the box”. We went back on the register screen and sure we scanned 12. Not even an apology from Carlos, shame on you for making us look like we were stealing! I guess he doesn’t know how to count .
