Oh my local Home Depot... How you frustrate me. Aisles always closed in the middle of the day to stock items. ...no, not for grabbing purchases located high with a fork lift, or for safety... But to stock. Medium age of employees must be 23. Ask someone over 23 and they might be able to help. Ask someone under 23 and their using their phone to locate an item and are generally clueless. Asking an employee under 23 is exactly what you can access on your own phone. On the plus side, I've been to more crowded locations.
I liked there was an employee by the entrance to answer questions. And more efficient checkout line.
Terrible customer service. Lots of employees but absolutely no help. Most said they didn't know where the item was or gave vague general responses. All the young ones are standing around socializing. Isle 29 had 4 employees stocking items and not one showed me where my item was. I found it on my own. Awful experience.
The staff needs more training and also improving in customer service.
