I wish I could leave them zero stars… go to customer service the phone is ringing with no one to answer. Second time I had a problem with the customer service person, rude and must hate her job. Can’t find anyone to answer a question, when you do they have no idea what they talking about. No one at the pro desk. This store is a mess.
Checkout staff were quick and polite.
Went in for plywood, and needed it to be cut. Was assisted immediately by Brandon, and he helped with everything we needed, from the aisle to the saw. At the saw, Brandon was assisted by Wilson. The sheet was meticulously measured and cut perfectly. Both Brandon and Wilson displayed excellent customer service skills, and were both friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this Home Depot location (New Hartford) for future project needs due to the outstanding service we received from Brandon and Wilson.
The incompetence of the employees and management is astounding. Couldn’t figure out how to check me out. I’ll stick with Lowes.
Awful customer service! I walked around for an hour Looking for an employee that had a clue where things were. Save your time!
