Extremely poor customer service – I have had nothing but problems at this store and the one in Elk Grove. Every one who works here seems to be completely incompetent. I was given bad information over the phone when I tried to place an order, so ended up having to go into the store to sort it out. I waited 45 minutes to be helped in the Appliance department.
