Home Depot I love the customer service that Im given each and every time I enter the Home Depot by my house. Theres always an employee walking around each of the departments, and even if the one you see is busy with another customer, you can ask any of the employees who might be walking by you where something is and theyll know. Im really impressed with the training these employees get before they even begin working there and they seem to take pride in their stores. At least they do at the one near me.

HOME DEPOT NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT The Simi Valley Home Depot is not what it used to be, especially in the garden shop, specifically in the materials department. We wanted to buy sheets of lattice to close in our patio. We found a Veranda product in a redwood color that was perfect. Unfortunately, the area for this product was empty and there weren't any divider strips available either. There was a plastic holder for brochures which was empty. Went to Customer Service who had no information and couldn't find it on-line. We w... read more
