Super bummed about my experience here today. I come to this store at least 4 times a week and have never had a negative experience here. Today I tried to return a gift for store credit (which their return policy explicitly allows). I provided photo ID, and a copy of the gift receipt. The associate refused to comply with store policy so I was forced to call the corporate office who told me to ask for a store manager because this employee was breaking policy. Edit: Upgrading the rating. My last visit was much smoother, the associates were ready to help right when I got to the checkout. Thanks for the improved service. Original: This has got to be the first store in history that spent thousands to put in self checkout, but won't let you self checkout. You need an associate to hold your hand. What's worse?
