I normally have no issues with this Home Depot but today's visit was underwhelming. We needed to buy multiples of an item but they only had one on the shelf (4 ft led light fixture for a kitchen), so we went to customer service to see if they could look up inventory at the other Home Depot. Turns out, this location actually had 10 in stock but they were on the very top shelf and it would take "a while" to get someone to grab it for us. My place to go for almost anything
This home Depot in Escondido is probably one of the top five worst stores that I go to that on any given day in and around San Diego they make horrible decisions here on their stock I'm a plumber and often times when I come to this store they don't have what I need are they have one or two of the things I need but not all of the things I need the customer service here is abysmal nobody in this store knows anything about most of the products that they carry it's impossible most of the time to find anybody walking up and down ... read more
