The service is definitely the worst part of the whole experience. Everything was where it should be, but no one seemed to care if I found it. The departments that I needed were not departments with people in them if I needed paint, the paint person wasn't there. When I needed something from gardening, there was nobody in the entire department out on that floor. The best part is the fact that they have carts for kids with steering wheels in them.
This is ridiculous. Every time I come in to pick up a set of blinds and I need them cut it turns into a chore. There's always only one person around or this morning for example no one around. But one of the employees said that he would help me had me standing around for 20 minutes just to tell me no one gets here till 8:00. Training needs to be improved or keep the kids that don't want to work at home
