Mark The WORST customer service I have ever encountered! At the checkout I asked if they offered a military discount and was told no, but online it says they do offer one. The people at the checkout and customer service phone line were rude and did not care about my questions. I guess this is why LOWES is by far a better company.

UNBELIEVABLE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNBELIEVABLE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I phoned twice, requested to speak with "building materials," and twice got a very disinterested voice answering, "yeah?" and when I voiced what I was calling about, received NO ANSWER. I said again, "hello?" Answered by "hello" buy again, no response to my question about a particular product, AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME . . . BOTH CALLS!

Don't bother Some of the worst trained personnel I have ever encountered. Fifteen minutes on hold, four attempts through someone to get me to the correct department. Couldn??t understand the person I was able to talk to and they didn??t understand me when I asked for ??The Garden? department. Go anywhere but Home Depot Oxnard.

Don't bother calling I called to ask a simple question concerning product availability. 20 minutes on hold and no-one in building materials ever picked up. Lowes was just as bad.

Go to Lowes Instead! I absolutely hate going to this store, but something it has to happen. They have absolutely the worst customer service at Home Depot. I once asked someone if he worked in the department I was in, he said no and just kept walking. He didn't even try to point me in the direction of where I might find someone. (You could actually walk up and down each aisle at home depot and never spot a worker - ever!) Anyhow, unless they have something you can't find anywhere else, don't bother.
