Not Given Proper Details – I brought back a submersible pump 1 hour and 20 mins. late on the day of return. I was charged an additional half day of the rental. I was never told at the time of the rental that this can occur. I also had an experience with my bank card being charged an additional amount that I am trying to uncover at this time.
