Amazing experience today at the Gretna Home Depot. We bought a patio set on sale and the young man who helped us load it into our carts and our cashier Lori were awesome. Fast, helpful and friendly. Lori gave us free bottles of water. Fantastic customer service
Ordered a window a month ago. This place sucks. No customer service at all. Now on my no fly list. Never, ever again. They've blown me off at every level. Worse than terrible. How do you say Lowes?
