Last month no fence boards. Today no fence boards. Was told no fence boards for 2 weeks. Seriously??
I am so tired of having to hunt through that place for someone to answer a question about a product, only to find that none of them have any idea what they are talking about! I had to go through three associates until one of them knew what I product I was talking about, and then they kept asking me "are you sure?" Over and over. I know what I am doing/what I need for construction, don't talk to me like I'm an idiot because you don't know your products!
Home Depot has a tremendous inventory, but an excellent floor plan. Finding what we are looking for is usually a breeze. Today was different. I couldn't find something I had purchased many times before and several salespeople couldn't find it either. I knew it was there though so I persisted to keep asking. Thankfully, Salesperson Steve was as determined as I was and he figured out where the washing machine lint traps had been moved to. Thank you Steve for your help. Much appreciated.
