The Kingman Home Depot store (#HO416) asked me to stop placing “online” orders and to call them with SKU numbers so that the individual store would get credit for the orders. I ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of building materials. They promised delivery on specific dates. They did NOT deliver as promised or even warn me that the materials would not be delivered. I paid contractors to drive from Phoenix (not knowing materials would NOT be delivered). I feel this Home Depot didn't deserve the 1 star review, I have been there several occasions and everyone seemed helpful. If one did not know another person did, and I feel for that extra effort for trying goes a long way.
