We had a great experience building with The Home Company! Their team was exceptional to work with and our main point of contact, Lindsay Hollingsworth, was phenomenal! Always available for questions and quick answers/solutions! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
Not only is it very difficult to get them to do their job after closing or get them to do what they promised, but they reduced the price of identical pre-built homes by $40,000. So $40,000 of an investment with them is GONE! Don't buy from them if you value your hard earned money. Terrible investment.
Adding to my previous review. Don't buy anything they build. They are building a Townhome community in Bennington and just lowered the prices on the ones that haven't sold by up to $40,000. Basically removing almost 15% of their previous customer's equity! They don't care about their customers. They are refusing to properly fix an 8 inch tall, 6 foot long void under my patio. They said their contractor fixed it but my security camera footage (which I shared with them) shows they just covered it up. Still not fixed 5 months a... read more
